Khim has a wealth of experience in the commercial property market and is a well known figure in the London auction market. Khim was nominated “Champion Valuer” by Allsops and is one of the founders of the Enfield Lions Club as well as the Oshwal Centre in Potters Bar.
Neel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants, a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Investment Property Forum. Neel joined Deekay in 2006 and was appointed Managing Director in 2010. Neel is responsible for the strategic management of the business with a particular focus on investment acquisitions, sales, financing and fund management. Neel supports a successful North London football team, his wife and two girls. Neel cycles and runs.
Bhavik has a degree in Mathematics and has been working with Deekay since 2008. Bhavik is responsible for portfolio management and is also heavily involved in acquisitions, disposals and funding. Outside work, Bhavik plays football and tennis on a regular basis. He is a foodie and loves to travel.
Steven is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment Property Forum with over 30 years experience in commercial property specialising in strategic asset management, rent reviews and lease expiries. Steven has been part of the Deekay team for the past 10 years and is responsible for coordinating and supervising Deekay’s lease renewal and rent review program. Steven was previously a Director of Edward Erdman (now Colliers International), Warnford Investments PLC, Cluttons and DTZ. Steven set up his own property consultancy in 2004. He served on the Board of Land Aid Charitable Trust for 25 years and is a Trustee of the
Pankaj Aggarwal emigrated to the UK in 1977 and grew up in West London. His career in Property began in 1992 with the London Borough of Hounslow property department. He became a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1999 having trained with Allsop & Co and has since worked for JLL, LIM, CCLA and the Coop.
His strength has always been in Asset management utilising his skills in problem solving and delivering adding value initiatives. He also relishes turning his skills to transactional work.
Pankaj enjoys Latin dance, playing with his boys and much to the annoyance of the rest of the team, he is a supporter of Tottenham Hotspur FC.
Neha joined Deekay in 2014 as a finance manager and is responsible for the finance and accounts. Neha qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2007 and has 8 years experience in private practice. Neha enjoys swimming and dancing.

Pallavi has been with Deekay since 2015 and handles the property administration. She holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and pursued her career in the Telecoms Industry within Billing and Revenue Assurance before joining Deekay.
She is a mother of two girls & and enjoys gardening and fusion vegetarian cooking. Pallavi is passionate about the charity work she is involved with which is embarking on various fundraising events, and weekly fun led classes for children in their cultural development.

Rumit joined Deekay Property in October 2016, after completing a degree in Economics (Banking & Finance) from Cardiff University in Wales. He grew up in Mombasa, Kenya where he still has strong family & friends connections.
Rumit joins Pankaj and Bhavik in the property team where he has a strong input in all property related matters.
Outside work, He has a keen interest in photography and drone flying. Rumit is also a keen supporter of Liverpool F.C
