The Late Khim Chandaria established the organisation in 1972 and successfully run it for over 50 years. The business began focussing was on acquiring and managing family portfolios investment and expanded to serve a wide international client base.

His bold progressive nature and astute commerciality earned his reputation within the industry and in the London auction market. He portrayed excellence and there was never a task too big nor too small for Khim. His wealth of experience in the commercial property market and entrepreneurial spirit have nurtured the principles within team, which now form the Deekay Group.

He provided guidance and directions to the team until his passing in December 2024.
