Bhavik oversees and is responsible for the property management operations. His core focus also includes growing Deekay’s footprint with investment acquisitions and multi-faceted funding & financing programs, by deepening and developing new partnerships and acting as a trusted advisor to investors and lenders alike.

Outside of work, he is a passionate player and watcher of football, loves to travel and experiment different cuisines at home with his wife and two kids.

Bhavik holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics.
