Surveyor

Steven has been part of the Deekay team for the past 10 years and is responsible for coordinating and supervising Deekay’s lease renewal and rent review program.

Steven was previously a Director of Edward Erdman (now Colliers International), Warnford Investments PLC, Cluttons and DTZ. Steven set up his own property consultancy in 2004. He has over 30 years’ experience in commercial property specialising in strategic asset management, rent review and lease expires. He served on the Board of Land Aid Charitable Trust for 25 years and is a Trustee of the Careducation Manali project.

He plays cricket, cycles and has strange eating habits.

Steven is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment Property Forum.
