Founded in 1972 by Khim Chandaria, Deekay has over 50 years’ experience in real estate investment.

Deekay strategically acquire, finance and manage property. We work with Institutional and High Net Worth investors as well as Employee Benefit and Family Trusts to coverture into our meticulously vetted investment opportunities. With a long-standing reputation in UK property market, Deekay has acquired a stellar portfolio across the country with tenants including high street banks, supermarkets, convenience stores, letting agents, coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, betting shops, salons and hair studios, major retailers, offices, and much more.

In 2015, Deekay began providing bridge lending solutions to property entrepreneurs. To date, we have lent over £80 million. The unique nature of our company’s funding lines allow us to package bespoke finance facilities, tailoring each loan to the borrower’s requirements. We carefully appraise each loan requirement, based on the quality of the underlying asset and thorough due diligence of the borrower.
