Khim remains the chairman of the organisation, having established it in 1972 and successfully run it for almost 40 years.

He has a wealth of experience in the commercial property market and is a well-known figure in the London auction market.

Khim was nominated “Champion Valuer” by Allsops and is one of the founders of the Enfield Lions Club as well as the Oshwal Centre in Potters Bar.
